I wouldn’t. I used to think my sister’s name Christine had a nice ring to it but then again, I wanted her hair as well! She had this long and very straight hair and when the sunlight caught it, it would shine beautifully. Mine, on the other hand, was long, wavy and shiny as well but I wanted what I couldn’t have! Human nature at its best!
These days I like my name. I think it suits my persona and it is short and to the point. I was told Tia in Spanish means “aunt” but who cares. I’m stuck with it and wouldn’t change it for the world.
If I had to change my name, I would stand on my head, hold my breath and refuse to do it!
